I have inherited a 90 inch wooden propeller from my father, a flight engineer before jets. It does not have a decal. The hub number on it is 18204; there are 9 laminations and it is 6 1/2 inches thick at the hub. It has a metal leading edge with rivets and metal tips I believe is copper. There are 8 bolt holes. Recently, there was a visitor to our home, Alan Gardner, whose grandfather had the Gardner Propeller Company and saw this propeller displayed on our patio wall. I would love to know what type of aircraft this propeller came from and all the history connected with it. Your comments greatly appreciated. My husband is a WWII pilot. Sincerely, Sylvia S. Wheeler
