The nose of an F-16 hovers over three communication domes (referred to as "bubbles") of the 460th Space Wing, also based at Buckley Air Force Base. The 460th's mission is to provide missile warning and defense, and continuous global surveillance.

Great article and photo's. Henry Ford would be proud of the tech on the wing with a ball peen hammer (behind his right foot) and a piece of bailing wire in his left hand. Standard tool kit for a Model "T" Ford.
