F4B-4 on the Move
This full-size replica Boeing F4B-4 has been hanging in the lobby main terminal of the Honolulu International Airport for the past six years, but earlier this month it found a new home. Soon it will have a featured spot in the main entrance of the Pacific Aviation Museum. Associate Curator Jim Goodall took photo during the airplane's seven mile trek on July 2. The F4Bs were produced in the late 1920s and used mostly by the U.S. Navy and Armed Air Forces.
