Leaflets Away!
In the Afghanistan countryside, you have to get information to the people somehow, so last Wednesday a U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey was tasked with flying over the Helmand province. It dropped a bundle of leaflets to let farmers know about Peace and National Unity Week, which included events like the International Peace Conference, where representatives from 30 nations came to speak about methods for resolving conflict in Afghanistan.
