Calm After the Storm

This C-17 Globemaster is checking out its reflection in a still collection of storm water from Tropical Cyclone Evan last December. Sitting on the runway at Pago Pago International Airport in American Samoa, the cargo plane is part of the U.S. Air Force's 446th Airlift Wing and was traveling from Washington state to Australia to support a joint operation.
