Snow Hawk
Parts of the U.S. got quite a bit of snow yesterday. (We were gearing up for a potentially big storm here at A&S HQ, but the cold front pooped out before it hit D.C.) Over in Afghanistan, winter has definitely made itself known. Above, a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk starts up its engines in the falling snow at Bagram Airfield on December 27.
