Rainbow's End

Photographer John Bezosky assures us that this was the honest-to-goodness sight from the back door of his office at the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tuscon, Arizona. This A-10C, part of the 355th Fighter Wing is arriving to quite the colorful welcome at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base on January 28.

I believe it! I had the privilege of shooting some A-10's doing touch-n-goes at D-M from the Pima parking lot last year. I caught nothing remotely close to this awesome shot; maybe a 500 mm lens would help!

This is one of most outstanding images I have seen. Finally one that is not doctored in Photoshop. The decisive moment. Congrats from a professional photographer!

It's true this was not Photoshopped. I witness this landing from my window at the museum (but without a camera).
