The Dragon in Orbit

The video may not be dramatic, but this is a historic scene. SpaceX's Dragon capsule is the first privately developed space vehicle to be launched into orbit (where these scenes were shot on December 8), then recovered from the ocean. The Dragon will start flying supply missions to the International Space Station next year, and eventually will be outfitted for human passengers. (02:46)

Wow I'm the first to comment on this! I think a lot of people fail to understand the significance of this event. This is the future of space travel.
