Antares OA-3 rocket explosion on Oct 28,2014. In this photo the rocket has fallen back to pad and has been blown into many parts by the flight termination explosives. The resulting many small pieces are burning brightly in the high oxygen content in the air from the blown liquid oxygen tank.
