Peering at a lighthouse on an island through the wings of a bi-plane

I always dreamed of flying on an open-cockpit bi-plane one day, and when I was chasing the Fall foliage near Bar Harbor, Maine, I decided to fly with Acadia Air Tours on their biplane ( N63WC (1997 Waco YMF C/N F5C-077). I don't think I could have chosen a better place to ride in the breeze above the islands and lighthouses of the Maine coastline. Seated in front of the pilot, the field of view was spectacular, and the visibility was heightened with the thrilling maneuverability of the Waco. October 6, 2014.
