World's Largest Aircraft Taking Off

The Antonov An-225 holds the title of the world's largest operational aircraft and is seen here, lifting off runway 15L at Houston Intercontinental Airport on 11 April 2015. The aircraft was carrying nearly 200 tons of oil and gas equipment to Cairo, Egypt, via Maine, Ireland and France.
