4th Annual Air & Space Photo Contest
Yesterday and Today. Two planes. Different direction. Different Time

I love biplanes. I live near the airport in Lexington KY. I spend a lot of time there trying to get pictures of the three or four biplanes we have flying around there. I was taking shots of this WACO Straight wing in the taxi lane, when I heard the jet coming in the takeoff lane. I was afraid to take my eye off the biplane so I listened and tried to get the jet taking off behind the Waco. I was told the jet is a Falcon 900. The picture is only slightly cropped to center in frame. Lucky shot. Timing is everything.
