This one of the Hawks of the British Royal Air Force display team, The Red Arrows, taking off from RAF Fairford in England. The pilot (ones of the "Reds") is carrying a Red Arrows engineer, collectively called the "Blues". It is unusual to see a passenger in a display jet in the UK.
