4th Annual Air & Space Photo Contest
Phantom Pharewell

A pair of USAF QF-4 Phantom IIs taking off in what will likely be the last significant public performance of the venerable fighter bomber in US service. The duo made a couple of passes of the field, and then flew back home to Holloman AFB. They have likely been shot down as aerial targets by this point.
