Rainbow Canyon Hornet

Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet CAG bird of VFA-41, "Black Aces", from NAS Lemoore flying at low level through Rainbow Canyon in California's Death Valley National Park. This canyon (also known as Star Wars Canyon) is part of the JEDI Transition linking sections of the Sidewinder Low Level Route in the US military R-2508 Complex. The colorful rock formations clearly show why this was named Rainbow Canyon and form a perfect backdrop to this colorful Super Hornet.
