Before humanity becomes a space-based society one day in the future, we’re going to have to come to terms with spending our three-day weekends not huddled over a grill on the patio with the smell of charcoal wafting in the air, but in line at the hot water machine rehydrating beef patties to roll up in a tortilla. Astronaut Scott Kelly shared his space burger on Instagram last week for National Burger Day.
