The Trials of the Doak

Only one Doak VZ-4 was built, partly cobbled together using parts from other types. The U.S. Army, the project sponsor, eventually decided to stick with helicopters, and put the Doak in a museum at Ft. Eustis, Virginia. (Video: U.S. Army) (0:35)
